How is my decal made?
All of our decals are made using a vinyl print and cut plotter.
Cut Decals:The design or logo is cut into a sheet of colored vinyl using a swivel knife that moves back and forth on plotted lines translated by the machine into the design shape.
Print Decals:The Design or logo is printed on to the vinyl and then decal cut to shape.
We then add a layer of transfer tape (the clear or translucent part) that becomes useful in applying your decal.

What are Die-Cut Decals?
Die-Cut simply means, that the decal is 'cut out' into the shape or design shown in the decal thumbnail image on the product pages. Only the part of the image that is black, will be the decal. There is not a white background

Whate are Printed Decals?
Printed decals are images printed onto vinyl and then die cut to shape. What this means is that in the images show typically are solid and that there is a small white margin edge. The advantage of printing is in the range of colour you can have.

Can I Do Custom Decals or Designs?
We love to help with your creativity! If you have a unique or custom image or design that you want turned into a decal, submit it to us and we will help you determine it's ability to become a die-cut or printed decal and the cost associated.

There is a white background on the cut decals, is this part of the decal?
Only the part that is black in the product image is what will cut out as the decal, in the color you choose.

How does the sizing work?
Size refers to the dimension that is the longest, either height or
width. In this way, you control the long dimension and the other will be
less, but still in proportion. Square decals have the same width as
height. If you need to know the exact dimensions, just contact us.

How does Shipping work?
Most orders take 2-3 business days to make, then will ship. We ship your decals via Canada Post / US Post. You can request express shipping at aditional cost. We ship worldwide

Where do you ship to/from?
We ship anywhere in the world. We charge flat rate shipping for every order, just add to cart to see price. All orders ship out of our Texas warehouse.

What will I be looking for in the mail?
If you order a smaller decal, 14" or less, it will ship to you in a envelope. If your order is for decals larger that 14", it will most likely come in a round mailing tube.

How do I apply or install the decals?
Our decals are simple to install, even the large ones. Always clean your surface or window before applying your decals.

How do I remove the decals?
You can use a razor blade on glass. See the Decal Removal.

Where can I apply my decals?
Our decals are made with the intent on being installed on the exterior
of car windows, however you may apply your decals to any smooth or flat
surface. You can even apply them inside of a window. It is a good idea
to position your decal in your desired spot first, using tape, prior to
installing it. This will allow you to get an idea of what it will look
like before you permanantly fix it to your surface.

Will my windshield wipers effect my decals?
Cut Decals not at all. As long as you cleaned your surface prior to applying your decal, then the decal should have no reason to not be securely adhered to your surface. It will be unaffected by your wiper blades.
Print Decals can be scratched by Wiper blades over time, if it is going to be placed in a wiperblades path, we recommend upgrading to laminated Print Decals.

Can the decals go through a car wash?
Definitely! Although you might want to wait a few days after applying the decal before the first wash.

hat if I have air bubbles after installing my decal?
Not to worry. A day or two in the sun and they should come out on their
own. You may need to help push them out with your fingertip. You can
also use a pin to make a small hole and let the air escape.
